MyPaws RETURN POLICY
Although we are sure that you will love your MyPaws gift basket, we understand that sometimes things may arrive damaged or you just may not be happy with your purchase. As we value your business, and hope that you will continue to purchase MyPaws gift baskets and refer us to your family & friends, we will offer the following returns policy.
Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site, simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no questions asked. We are sorry, but we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit from MyPaws to the original mailing address, we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product to us for assessment.
Method of Refunds
MyPaws will refund to your credit card, or we can mail you a cashier's check or money order.
How to Make a Return to MyPaws
Please contact us via email (linda@Mypawspetgifts.com) or by phone (858-722-3937) to notify us of your request to return product. Upon confirmation by MyPaws, you may return the product in its original condition in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation record and your invoice, along with the reason for your return. Authorized returns will be provided a mailing address.
